Direct Ownership / Development
Core has delivered a number of hotel projects, both refurbishment and ground-up on a direct basis. Each project is developed through its own dedicated Special Purpose Vehicle and retained for long-term cash flow or sold
subject to funding.
Joint Venture
Core has worked on a number of JV projects, ranging
from limited service through to 5-star luxury.
Development Management Services
Core Real Estate has worked successfully with a number
of third party owners. The DMS role is specific to each
project and subject to the needs of the owner.

construction advice and full development management
for a number of clients.
