Core identified the site, negotiated on the purchase, structured the finance and managed the entire process in terms of team selection through to achieving full planning consent. Core will continue to act as the lead development manager through to the completion of the build phase. As part of a profit share arrangement Core will continue as asset manager, overseeing the operational management of the hotel.
